Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.  We each have our own definition of what wellness means to us. But how do we achieve this overall feeling of well-being?

Using coaching principles, I work with individuals and groups on achieving a healthy balance in their lives.

My signature program “The Emotional Eating Solution” aims to help clients regain control over their health, their eating and their weight. I work with clients one on one and with groups of 5-12 participants to guide them in reaching a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

With this program, we:

  • Identify triggers and discover ways to address them
  • Understand why you get cravings and learn how to overcome them
  • Explore your relationship with food and turn it into a healthy one
  • Learn new ways to cope and rebuild your self-esteem
  • Identify strategies that will guide you now and in the future so that you don’t fall back into your unhealthy ways
